01Where do shuttles pick me up in Antigua?
In Antigua, all shuttles only pick up within the central area. It is necessary to check in advance whether we can arrange a pickup from the client’s specific location.
02What if my shuttle is running late?
The shuttle may arrive 15 minutes after the agreed time since it picks up many people. If it is more than 20 minutes, please get in touch with us.
03How do I book a shuttle or tour?
Most shuttles and tours can be booked online from their page. You can also send us a message at +502 3115 6478 and we’ll gladly help you plan your experience.
04What do I need to rent a bike?
A valid ID or Passport. A credit or debit card (for deposit).
05Where can I rent a bike?
Rental available only at our office — 2a Calle Poniente #25, Antigua Guatemala.
06Do I have to carry camping gear on the Acatenango tour?
No. The campsite is already set up, you do not need to carry any of the camping gear.
07How does my trip support local communities?
Part of your payment helps support CA Cares community programs, such as educational programs for children, school repairs and classroom resources, English classes for local guides and support for rural development.
