It was a hard hike (especially from base camp to the top) but we felt well supported by our guides (Brandon, Asaulo and Rojelio) who gave tips and guidance throughout. The base camp accommodation and meals were great!

We could see the eruptions all... read more night, even from our tent. The company is trying to be as sustainable as possible which we really appreciated. The guides and porters, all locals from the neighbouring villages, were really friendly, helpful and patient with everyone. Can really recommend!

Though an area for improvement would be some of the equipment. Some of the camelbaks were leaking and you really don’t want to have a lack of water on a trip like this. Luckily we had brought more water than the 3L provided. My headlamp also had some problems, so I’d recommend to check all the equipment before the start of the hike.
