Privacy policy

This page explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It will be completed with our full legal details.

What we collect

• Requests you send us (contact, shuttle, experience and group trip forms): your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of travelers and your message.
• Technical data: to prevent abuse we keep a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser name. We do not store your IP address itself.

Why

Only to answer your request, prepare your booking and contact you about it. We do not sell your data and we do not send it to advertising platforms.

Third parties

• WeTravel processes online bookings and payments when you use a “Book” button; their privacy policy applies there.
• WhatsApp opens when you choose to chat with us; WhatsApp’s policy applies to those messages.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language and motion preferences are stored only in your own browser.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to us on WhatsApp (+502 3115 6478) or visit our office at 2a Calle Poniente #25, Antigua Guatemala.
